Chiaki's Younger Brother is a small, young boy with dark eyes and short, messy, dark hair.[1]
He originally wore a light-colored shirt with long, dark-colored sleeves and a light collar. The front of the shirt has the katakana "ゴカイジャー" and depicts characters from the Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger television series.[1] However, he later began wearing a closed, dark-colored hoodie sweater with "NURERA" and three body-like figures below on the back. He also wore dark pants and light-colored shoes with this outdoor outfit.[2]

Chiaki's Younger Brother has a childish attitude, as he mistook "Brainless Furuichi" for a sentient toy and immediately went to play with him.[1]

One morning, he and his younger brother went to Chiaki's room where they found "Brainless Furuichi" with her, whom they mistake for a talking toy. Fascinated by the young man, they go play with him outside. The two children strap "Brainless Furuichi" to a toy car outside their home and accelerate it, with Chiaki's Younger Brother handling the controls. However, they lose sight of "Brainless Furuichi" after the toy car crashes somewhere in the fields and strays off from them; unaware of his intentions, both boys look around and call for him.[3]
