Pain (パイン , Pain) is a dog who is the pet of the Ōmori family.[1]

Pain is a large, light-colored dog with dark, beady eyes that closely resembles a Labrador Retriever.[1]

Pain sees Nene in the morning.
Early one morning, Pain awakens in the veranda to see a bruised Nene quietly sneaking past him and growls softly. She quickly tells him to be quiet and goes to fill his bowl with food to distract him. Hungry, Pain eagerly waits for her to finish filling his bowl with food and then proceeds to eat, until Nene's mother appears. Pain looks up at his two masters with a happy, innocent expression on his face.[2]
