Kanzaki notices the glowing Zebul Spell as its power begins to empower him. This spectacle is also noticed by both Nasu and Furuichi; unlike the Tōhōshinki, they are left astounded by what they see, particularly Nasu. Kanzaki asks whether Oga has something to do with the matter but is slightly annoyed to learn that he is not responsible, let alone aware of what it is.
Hilda, who has suddenly arrived with Alaindelon, explains to everyone that the tattoo on Kanzaki's back is the King's Crest, indicating that the possessor has sworn a lifelong alliance to their king; hearing this causes Oga to feel elated, which in turn, aggravates Kanzaki.
Shioiri rebuffs Kanzaki's feet and tells him that the King's Crest means nothing without training. However, while Shioiri is talking, he is then unexpectedly hit in the stomach, causing him to cough up blood and subsequently pass out; seeing this leaves the other Poltergeists pleasantly surprised. Kanzaki firmly tells Oga that he has not reduced to one's vassal or underling, though he will handle the rest of the Poltergeists for him, leaving Oga and Nasu for themselves.
With that said, he is then attacked by the other prominent Poltergeists in a straightforward formation: Kameyama strikes with his bass picks, Teruomi uses his trumpet to attack with strong sound waves, Onizuka simply punches Kanzaki. However, after the barrage, Kanzaki strikes back by smashing apart Teruomi's mask and knocking him unconscious, which subsequently creates more concern for Kameyama and Onizuka.
Meanwhile, Oga finally asks Nasu about who he really is and why he is after Baby Beel, moreover inquiring about the Demon that he is supposedly contracted with; surprisingly, it turns out that Nasu is not a Contractor, instead a Spell Master; such a truth leaves several of the room's occupants surprised.
Moments later, Nasu then summons a mysterious symbol at the bottom of Oga's feet, catching the latter off-guard. Nasu proceeds to violently strike at Oga. However, after several punches, he is unexpectedly hit himself, which subsequently sends him flying towards the cabinets on one side of the room. Oga tells the "Beast" that he will be able to beat the truths out of him so that he can get his answers.
